As explained in Mediation Agreement contract

Each party will pay its own costs and expenses of the mediation unless the parties agree otherwise.  Payment of the mediation session shall be paid in full or agreed upon multiple payments after mediation or within 30 days from original mediation date. Any defaults on payment will be subject to legal action. In the event the mediation does not come to an agreed settlement, the parties are still liable for mediation payments.

Hourly rates can be prorated if a full hour is not required (15-minute $75, 30-minute $150, or 45-minute $225 intervals). There shall be no payments with Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or cash for legal purposes. In the event of an emergency or if the parties settle less than 48 hours before the mediation date. There will be a $110 fee applied to cover the labor and/or location cost.
